One of my favorite memories of spending time with Taso was when he had asked me to come along with him to the carnival at the Greek church after our shift one summer evening. Most of the attractions had been shut down and the food had stopped being served seeing as we got there around midnight. I suggested we call it a night, but Taso gave me one of those winks and disappeared behind one of the vendors to talk to a friend. Taso had a lot of those. He reappeared with a platter with a sample of everything being served throughout the night. The funny thing is he didn’t want any of it. He just wanted to make sure my night ended with some proper Greek food in my stomach and some conversation. He was a really great guy and he always made me feel like family. He took good care of me through my time in the restaurants with him. God bless my friend. Chris Regini

Dear John, Irena, Marina, Katerina, and family,
You are all in our thoughts and prayers and we send our heartfelt condolences. We are sad that we cannot be at the service on Saturday. We share in your sorrow and know how much Taso will be missed. He is now at peace after a long, hard-fought battle. Kert already misses the daily phone calls and will cherish the many memories from these past 40 years. May you all find comfort from the love of family and friends that surrounds you.
Love, Kert & Mary

Our hearts are broken to hear this very sad new of the passing of our dear friend Taso. Our deepest sympathy to John, Irina and his daughters Marina and Katerina and, of course his beautiful Granddaughter whom he cherished. We are very upset that we will not be able to attend the services and extend, in person, our sincerest condolences to everyone. We will cherish and forever keep in our hearts, all of the wonderful and fun memories over the years and never forget our dear friend Taso. May you rest in peace now with no more pain and watch over everyone. You will be missed dearly. With love to all Roger and Nancy Corcella
