Obituary

Anthony J. Cerevella of Ridge, NY passed peacefully on August 8, 2019 at the age of 88. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the youngest of 4 sisters (Helen, Johanna, Margaret, and Catherine). An avid baseball player and golfer in his younger years, he passed, a Leisure Knoll bocce ball champion.

Stationed in the Aleutian Islands as a member of the Air Force in the Korean War, Mr. Cerevella later retired after a long tenure as a systems analyst (Phillips Corporation).

He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Josephine, daughter Linda (John) DiGregoria, son Michael (Steve Weitz) Cerevella, grandchildren Lauren, Danielle (Gaurav) Pendse & Stephen, and “grand-fur children” Riley, Maddie, Griffin, and Henry

You and Jo and Michael and Linda were one of the biggest parts of my childhood. I love you all. Thank you for all the memories. Brentwood and Whipple Street will forever be in my heart. Rest in Peace Tony. God Bless xoxo
